Evergreen Design and Build engaged Tante, LLC for audio consultation for their commercial development in Discovery Bay, Washington.

When Evergreen Design and Build began to redesign a bar/restaurant in Discovery Bay, Washington they knew that it was a large project.

They wanted to learn from some of the challenges previous owners faced on how best to offer a great stopover for tourists and local residents as well.  So, they engaged Mino Christante in helping them design live performance interior and exterior to attract clients. Mino has suggested emphasis on a small outdoor beergarten in order to accommodate covid consciousness for clients prefering outdoor service, as well as providing an overflow area from the indoor, cozy bar.

An affordable way to advertise and initiate grassroots outreach both locally and digitally is to provide llive and continuous entertainment indoor and outdoor. A performance stage solution was necessary and a centralized sound management system as well. The most interesting part of the project is negotiating noise from the highway successfully through passive installations.
